Antistatic Access Floor is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet with foaming cement fully filled. The bottom is high quality deep stretch coil steel plate. The top is cold rolled hard plate. The top steel plate and bottom steel plate are spot-welded to form a high quality shell. The shell is treated by phosphate and painted with epoxy powder coating. Then foaming cement will be filled into the shell. After curing, the structure will be stable and strong to support the designed loading capacity . Description of the Raised Floor System
The Raised Floor with HPL will provide a stable platform suitable for the data center, equipment room environments, control room, electric room, etc. The floor panels will be constructed utilizing good quality steel for the bottom pan and full hard steel with good quality HPL covering. The panel will be fully spot welded together (minimum 36 welds in each dome and 10 welds along each flange).
The panel will be die cut to size, phosphate coated (or equivalent) and epoxy powder coated to provide adequate corrosion protection. The panels will be laid (not corner locked) into place providing equipotential bonding or they can be gravity held with stringers.
The flat-head pedestal head will provide support for the panel under the flange and picture frame. The pedestal head will also capture the Raised Floor panel providing positive location and additional safety after the corner lock screws are removed.
The Raised Floor system will be capable of withstanding various duty static/dynamic loads experienced in
the general office and equipment environments
