Introduction
Our Anti-static Calcium Sulfate Raised Access Floor Panels are engineered with a high-strength calcium sulfate core, crafted through advanced manufacturing techniques to achieve optimal density and strength. This unique core design enables the panels to support heavy loads while maintaining a lightweight profile, ensuring effortless installation and handling.
For the top surface, we offer diverse material options to meet different needs. HPL delivers both durability and aesthetic versatility, while PVC provides superior anti-static performance, making it perfect for ESD-sensitive environments. Ceramic overlays, on the other hand, offer excellent impact resistance. The underside of the panels is protected by either aluminum foil for enhanced moisture and thermal insulation or galvanized steel sheets for added rigidity. Additionally, black PVC edge trim is applied to seal the edges, effectively preventing moisture penetration and extending the product lifespan.
