Introduction
The All - steel Perforated Anti - static Raised Floor with 21% Perforation Rate features a shell structure similar to that of standard anti - static steel access floor panels. However, its interior is hollow without cement filling. Both the top and bottom steel plates are perforated, and in some designs, the bottom plate is reinforced with ribs.
Specifically designed for areas with ventilation requirements, this floor panel is often used in tandem with standard steel anti - static access floors. The 21% perforation rate, within the typical range of 17% - 50% based on application needs, ensures optimal air circulation. Available with HPL, PVC, or ceramic tile coverings, it is also known as an Air Flow panel due to its perforated design.
These steel perforated panels are manufactured to precise size and thickness specifications and are fully interchangeable with steel access floor panels, wood core panels, or calcium sulphate panels. Additionally, a specially engineered and well - crafted damper option is available for enhanced air flow control.
Features
1. Constructed from high - quality steel plates, it offers exceptional mechanical strength, a high loading capacity, and excellent fire resistance properties, ensuring durability and safety in various environments.
2. Interchangeability with wood core panels or calcium sulphate panels provides flexibility in installation and compatibility with different flooring systems.
3. Engineered to provide superior cooling performance, it is ideal for managing heat loads in mission - critical facilities such as data centers and server rooms, maintaining optimal operating temperatures for sensitive equipment.
4. With a ventilation rate of 17% - 45% (the 21% perforation rate contributing to this range), it can effectively meet the diverse requirements of clean rooms, ensuring proper air exchange and environmental control.
