Product Description

Introduction
Aluminum alloy anti-static floor (including aluminum alloy ventilation board) is entirely made of aluminum alloy through one-piece die-casting, integrating the corrosion resistance and high strength of aluminum alloy. It features high dimensional accuracy, good electrical conductivity, excellent fire resistance, anti-magnetic properties and is not prone to deformation. It has extremely stable performance and is the most high-end product among anti-static floors. It is widely used in high-demand cleanrooms.

The product selects aluminum as the base material, and is formed by one-time die-casting or casting with large hydraulic press molds and punched with ventilation holes. The surface is adhered with HPL or PVC using imported strong adhesives. The supports and crossbeams are formed by steel molds, and the height of the lead screw can be adjusted arbitrarily.
