Introduction
Our All-Steel Anti-Static Raised Floor provides a stable, durable, and ESD-safe platform for data centers, server rooms, control rooms, electrical facilities, and other critical environments.
Constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel, each panel features a full-hard steel base with a high-pressure laminate (HPL) surface for superior durability and static control. The panels are precision die-cut, phosphate-treated, and epoxy powder-coated for maximum corrosion resistance.
The fully spot-welded structure (min. 36 welds per dome + 10 welds per flange) ensures exceptional strength and stability. The system supports equipotential bonding and can be installed with gravity-held stringers or bolted pedestals for secure, vibration-resistant support.
The flat-head pedestal design locks panels securely under the flange, ensuring safe and stable positioning even after corner lock removal. Engineered for high static/dynamic loads, our raised floor system meets the demands of commercial, industrial, and IT environments.
