Product Description

HPC Raised Floor uses composite material consisted of high quality white cement , high polymer and little wood reinforced fiber as main raw material. On the top and bottom, UV coating is applied. The panel don't use any metal material on the surface, and it don't have any corrosion problem. The floor feeling is very good. The surface is good evenness, so carpet tile or vinyl plank (Loose lay plank) is easy to covey on the surface.

Structure Description
HPC raised floor system is simple structure.  The panel have four self corner locks, fix to the adjustable steel pedestal by screw.  The minimum finish floor height is 60mm.  With self corner lock, the pedestal dose not need glue on the based floor.  If customer don't need self corner lock, the pedestal should be glue down to the based floor.  The panel is easy to punch or cut a hole for the grommet or floor box.
